Do you offer gift wrapping?

We do indeedy. At checkout you can choose from a number of extra literary gift wrapping options, were we can add giftwrap, gift bows, literary confetti etc. to your parcel.

Please note: to help the environment, where possible we try to recycle external packaging so sometimes your parcel may arrive in a re-used outer envelope or box. Inside your products will be beautifully and safely packaged with a distinct bookish style.

What delivery options are there?

Ooooh, there's lots of different options. We send all our packets and envelopes via Royal Mail. You can choose standard delivery, recorded delivery, or special delivery (within the UK). If items are in stock, your order should be with you within 2-3 working days if Mr Postman is on time. You can find full details about all of our delivery options, including delivery overseas here.

Do you deliver overseas?

Why yes, we do. You can find out more about our international delivery options here.

How do I return an item?

We love our products and hope you love them too. But if for some reason you don't and you need to return something, as long as you let us know and send back the item within 14 days, then all will be fine and dandy. We can then offer you an exchange or give you a full refund. You can check out our full returns policy here.

Your novel jewellery is just lovely. Are there any special care instructions?

Our novel jewellery is really popular. To keep it in tip-top condition, we recommend that you never wear any of our jewellery items in the shower or in the bath, nor to go swimming or where it might get wet.

I love bookish and would like to get involved in some way. What can I do?

We are always looking for new contributors and writers for our blog. If you can get nifty with 26 letters and have some blog post ideas, or would like to contribute an original Book Marks post, then we would love to hear from you. Just drop us an email with a brief summary of your ideas and perhaps some excerpts to: jo@bookishengland.co.uk and we'll get back in touch as soon as we've had a chance to sit down with a cuppa and look over your beautiful words.

How do you take your tea?

Strong. And in a mug. Often.
