The Gin Rickey:
2 oz. Gin
1 oz. Lime juice
Pour the gin and the lime juice into a chilled high ball glass filled to the brim with ice cubes. Stir with a spoon to dilute slightly. Top up with the club soda and stir gently. Garnish with the lime. Serve with a straw. Kick back, relax, pull out your Great Gatsby and your Fitzgerald bookmark and you're good to go...
